The very first time I set up the tent it had whole in the seams. I asked if it was normal they said it is what it is. We will send you sealant. No sealant has ever arrived. I should the gazebo part and the metal spring the hold the poles together broken after very 1st use. On all 8 poles. I message bushtec. They said no big deal it still works. I used it again the week after cause I had a trip planned. After 3 days being set up one of the straps that hold the tent up on the gazebo. Ripped completely off.I messaged Bushtec again. Asked for a refund or replacement. They said to expensive to ship so they would maybe refund partial and send pictures. I sent pictures and multiple email. No more responses and it been over 3 month trying to contact then.Extremely disappointed inbthe quality and the lack of customer service is disgusting.Not worth buying at all and I would recommend any of there products after such terrible service.

Good in the wind and rain only has one problem it holds condensation really bad so don’t set things you don’t want wet on the floor 2 person with cots and gear so far worth the cost from the tents I’ve had in the pastUpdate: the tent holds up extremely well in all weather conditions heavy snow you’ll want to keep it brushed of the roof but it’s now been up for 3 years through all seasons and besides the condensation problem on the floor the only other problem is after repeated use the door zipper will start to come apart because of wear since they used plastic for the zipper ??? Not sure why other then repeat business but well worth the price

Being a born South African and buying my dad and brother the same gazebo back home a few years ago and both theirs still looking like new after many, many hours in the sun and being by the seaside, I knew I could not go wrong with this company and product. The tent is super easy to setup and stay nice and cool compare to other tents. Excellent quality and workmanship and well worth the money.

This tent is perfect for a camp where a small party will stay for a few day or longer. . Easily set up by two people with room for 3 to 4 campers. The gazebo provides a terrific verandah in front.

Intimidating weight and size.Well made.The only thing I see being a prob over time is the color coded pipe ends should be painted color instead of paper ends.Need 2 people to set up.Very nice.
