So Comfortable for Small Ears!
For those who must wear earplugs, especially to sleep, these are amazing! My ears are small, and other ear plugs, even the soft types, would hurt in my ear eventually. I am so glad I found these mini plugs. I sleep much better in hotels and on planes when using my ear plugs. Since these are small, they stay in place and are comfortable for long periods. The noise cancellation isn't as high as with larger plugs, but for me, it's sufficient.

Perfect Noise-Canceling Earbuds for Focus and Comfort – Especially for Narrow Ear Canals
I bought these noise-canceling earbuds for my daughter while she was in medical school. She needed something flexible, comfortable, and effective at blocking out distractions so she could stay focused during long study sessions. She has narrow ear canals, so finding earbuds that didn’t cause discomfort or pressure was a challenge. She tried several brands and styles, but none fit quite right — until we found these. These earbuds are a game changer for anyone with smaller ear canals. They sit comfortably for hours without causing irritation or that “plugged” feeling. On top of the great fit, the noise cancellation is impressive. Whether she was studying at home, in the library, or in a busy café, these earbuds helped block out surrounding noise so she could concentrate. She says they’re the best she’s used by far. Highly recommend these to students, professionals, or anyone looking for effective noise-canceling earbuds that don’t sacrifice comfort — especially if you have smaller ears!

Third best
Left to right (Japanese) mimot for children, Flents Real Quiet, Hearos nanos, Mack Dreamgirl Conclusion - go to Japan. I wish I had bought the whole pharmacy stock. So far, the closest to that comfort is the Flents. The nanos started hurting after a few days because it’s rather firm. The dreamgirl base is wide so it’s annoying if left too far out and hurts if pushed in. I’m going to try the Quies mini the next time I go to France… It’s the softest memory foam but the adult version hurts because it’s too big.

Perfect
Been using these for months, I have small sensitive ears and so does my boyfriend and we both can use them comfortably with mo problems while we sleep. Blocks out so much sound. He is a heavy snorer so these help me sleep through his snorer! They stay in place, I never have problems with them falling out.

Adult male, small ear canals
So close, but a bit too stiff for me to wear long. I rarely use these much after a few weeks, but had to know. Seems a bit smaller than m…ks but harder. So far I still prefer M***s purple slims.. although for sleeping I found even those I have to trim another 1.5mm off the big end, insert them nearly all the way back, and pull them with (not sharp!) tweezers in morning. I have small ear canals, and on spectrum with sensory overload, so I need to wear them a lot to keep my brain from sucking all my energy and functionality. I have tried so so many plugs. To my surprise, my new favorites are almost normal size, but SUPER soft, and have a large unusual base end (like a T, not a round flare) I get through the night in those , but still prefer to trim those to shorter length, esp for sleep. The T shape actually fits the empty outer ear space well, and stops much extra noise for me, but are difficult to line up, and get in in time. Another reason I trim. The biggest reason I trim most plugs is for sleeping, being a side sleeper, I found the discomfort is mostly from the external ear shape moving, with the outer plug sticking into it. The part not in the canal was causing it. If this is your issue, maybe try shortening them and dont freak out that they are stuck, but just be prepared to fetch them with non pointy tweezers.

Perfect for small ears!!
Great for kids and smaller ears! Prefect for shooting with kids under their muffs. Both our kids have small ear canals, and these fit without issue, and add that hearing protection level you want. Once they are in they stay in.

Best Out Of 4 Types
These ear plugs are the most comfortable and easiest to put in, out of three other ones I’ve tried for small canalsI.’ve tried Macks purple and pink, and they’re not bad but they’re sort of hard to get in my ear canal and they are longer than these and when they expand, they push out and eventually that hurts my ears. I ride a motorcycle so I wear these under my helmet. I’ve used one pair or two of the Ninos for over a week now, and they don’t over expand. The other oneI tried was the children’s airplane silicone ones even after shortening the little plastic piece that fits inside of it they still hurt my ears after about 15 minutes. Plus, they’re hard to keep up with. I don’t really know if they’re a lot quieter than the other ones, but they block out my muffler and the wind noise. I don’t have any problem hearing my helmet headset either. These are now my go to earplugs. I like that you get a lot of of them at one time. after over a year of trying different ones. I finally found ones that work for me.

There really are pretty small. Great for kids or small ears. Nice foam.

The package was open on arrival. It's at least supposed to be a sealed packet given the purpose.

I have had problems with my left ear for many years and it does not take much wind to cause an ear infection, usually at least twice a year, spring and fall. I enjoy walking outside throughout the year 5 to 8 kilometers a day and I find the standard size ear plugs are hard to keep in place. I am very pleased with these small earplugs. They slide in easily and remain in place surprisingly well. So far no ear infection.
