These are self adjusters for the emergency brake on my truck. Glad I decided to get the, the old ones were broke. Pain to replace but worth the time.

Works exactly as the originals
I was able to change mine more easily because I already had the axles out to change the axles seals. I redid the parking brakes at the same time but you have to get them at the right angle to disengage the cable or you have to unlock the cable from its holder on the back of the hub. You might want to change the backing plates at the same time as the rubber boots mount in them. I lathered them up with Never-seize after I installed them but they fully restored my parking brake functionality.

A good OEM replacement
The part looks like the OEM part so expect it will fit and function the same too. I haven't installed it yet but intend to pack the hinge and boot with high density silicone grease. This original factory part seemed to corrode and seize within a couple of years even with regular use.
