Neck pillows are the way to go
I have a neck problem and I only used cylinder pillows. This is the right size, easy to travel with. Ir fits perfectly below the neck. It could be a little firmer.

Does what I need it to do. I do wish it were a bit larger but it does a good job of holding my heating pad to my lower back in my chair for work.

Ordered same pillow 2 yrs ago. This one not even close... even close
It showed I ordered the same cervical pillow a couple years ago which I loved. Used so much the cover had tears in it! Could not find a new cover that fit or that I liked, so ored a new pillow. Not even close to the original. Smaller and harder. Not too happy with this one....

HORRIBLE!!!!!
Absolutely horrible one of the worst things I’ve ordered I think thus far. 1. it’s extremely small. 2. The zipper was broken when I got it. 3. It is hard and not comfortable.. 4. Very cheap. 5. And the foam inside looks like it’s brown and rotted around the corners absolutely horrible. It made me pick a star before I could post. It doesn’t even deserve one star

A pillow that’s just right
I really like this pillow. I have neck issues and need to stretch my neck properly so I replaced my weak one with this. I am very pleased with it. At first I thought it was too big but the more I used it the better I liked it. It helps when I read at night.
