I did not buy these from Amazon. I purchased from a Chinese retailer but I love these bearings so much I wanted to give them a good review here for anyone on the fence. These bearings take a beating. I have two sets of them in a pair of inline skates. I have owned them for about 3 months now. They have been through dirt, mud and puddles. They have held their own against countless jumps and landings without breaking. I recently took them apart and cleaned them because they started to squeak and a few wouldn't spin well. I cleaned them with citrus oil and the are like new again. Put a small drop of lube in each one as they come dry. My one complaint is the noise and the play. There is no way these are abec9. I would guess abec7. There is a decent amount of lateral play and they rattle like crazy. One of them fell apart when I shook them up to clean them (all the balls slid to one side). No abec9 bearing I have ever used does this. I have had abec5 and abec7 bearings fall apart on me but never abec9. They're easy enough to put back together but the tolerances just don't add up for abec9 to me. That said, they spin like a dream so long as they're clean. I bet these will last a long time and stand up against a lot of punishment. The value can't be beat.
