Weird dirt like smell
It does what it is intended to do. Refresh your burgundy hair color. I have shoulder length hair. Had to use 2 packets to saturate my hair. It has a horrible dirt scent. Days after applying it, I can still occasionally smell it. Daily washes and leave in products has still not masked the scent. And ONLY because of that, I do not plan to re purchase or even use the remainder of product. Sorry.

Good for a quick color up
The color is more brown than burgundyDoesn't grasp on to my blonde birthmark (but that's ok) I didn't buy it for that! ) if you want to keep it looking fresh minimize your shampoo use to once or twice a week. Always use cool/cold water as this helps the color grasp onto your hair and stay longer . Get a sulfate free shampoo too.
