An Actually Useful Cookbook for Low-energy Days
This book has been a game-changer for me!Tl;dr if you’re looking at this book you probably already have something that require an alternative or anti-inflammatory diet. I found it along with the Migraine Diet, and I think I like this one more! The recipes are all labeled with allergen/diet types and I love that they’re all easy to make! I doubled a batch of the hatch chile “refried” beans that were supposed to be for the stuffed sweet potatoes, but we ended up freezing it and saving for later- then blended and voila! I will use less of the broth next time but the flavor is soooo good!Check out some of the sample recipes- I’ve marked up most of my book of recipes I want to try!

Worth the purchase

Decent Cookbook
This book has some pretty great recipes for those looking for anti-inflammatory meals. Most of them are quite easy in my opinion, but some of the ingredients can be tricky to find. Overall, happy with the purchase!

Genuinely dump-and-go
I am so far loving this cookbook! The recipes are so easy, there are none that call for me to pre-cook the ingredients before they go in the crockpot, many of them cook for 7-8 hours (making it really easy for me to come home from work to a hot meal), and even when I've screwed up the recipe they've come out great!

Nice recipes not introductory AIP compliant
Nice healthy recipes but not for introductory AIP. Many recipes contain grains, eggs, beans and nightshades.

Love my instant pot and this book helps
I do not enjoy cooking and do not want to spend my life in the kitchen. Instant pot has made things easier. The book is nicely done with many tasty looking recipes, a nice mix so I am looking forward to exploring the menu -- and eating healthy with variety of the right foods.

My absolute favorite cookbook - all delish
I have done lots of cooking over the years, and often times, a good crockpot recipe can be a lifesaver. But good crockpot recipes are hard to find. What’s more, I don’t only care about the taste of food, but that it be healthy…These days, I care a whole lot more about food being healthy and having anti-inflammatory properties due to the natural aging process, seeking sustainable weight loss, and fighting arthritis pain. These recipes are masterfully created, not complicated to make, but absolutely delicious, and they make us feel good and help us stick to a great routine. Thanks to the author, we definitely look up to you for figuring this out!❤️
