Do not wear at night. I woke up in the middle of the night and it was lodged deep in my nasal cavity lol.Eventually lost it bc I blew my nose. Wish it came with little rubber bands to keep it in place.

Great for a very discreet look. It is a little difficult to get in and out, but once you get the bag of it, not a biggie. With that being said it obviously great at staying in place and not moving too much when blowing your nose or other things, I’ve had this issue in the past with omega shapped retainers.

When I finally got it and opened it I thought it was to small but once I put it in I realized that it fits perfectly and even locks into place one twisted so even when I'm sleeping it won't come out. It's so discrete that no one will ever know I have my septum pierced.

There was nothing actually wrong with the product, it just did not work well for me. My septum has had a curved ring in for many years, and the shape of this retainer made it impossible for me to use. Quality product and good shipping.

Can’t see it at all when put in which is great I’m a pharm tech and am not allowed to have the piercing showing. It is a bit hard to get in and out though until you get the hang of it

This thing is so small i was afraid i would accidentally inhale it. Fits great, perfectly hidden. You would need a flashlight and to get extremely personal with my nose to see it.

I got the 10g. A little on the short side but it's totaly invisible. Goes in easily and it's the correct sizing. I just wish it came in an 8g and above but overall no complaints, would def buy again.

Not much to say other than this piece fits great, stays in place and pretty much invisible! If I lose this one, I won't hesitate to purchase again.
