Very good quality. I received 3 very full bundles of 18 inch kinky straight.I would definitely buy from this company again. The hair was soft and after receiving it, I did co- wash and condition and let it dry overnight..it was flawless. Blended with my hair type and I am very pleased with the results. It's been about a week and still going strong. A word of advice..this hair doesn't hold curl or straightening long..but neither does my real hair..lol that's how true to texture it is. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the packaging was a bit disappointing and no treats or goodies😀it's somethings nice above opening a package or a box and seeing a little something special to say thank you. I have to give it 3 stars because the 14" bundle was more silky and not yaky texture like the 12" & 16" bundle. I wonder if they ran out of that length and just put in a bundle for that length to make up for not having it available. I'll take pictures of it today and attach it to this post when I get home if it lets me. However the bundles were very full.
