Beefy ears, mostly survived 350hp on locked 35's, awesome warranty policy.
Been running these under my 350hp XJ on locked 35's for about 2 years. They've got me home every time. The ears are much thicker than stock and the u-joint cap press fit was very snug. That said, I did manage to twist the passenger inner spline (just discovered this week). My Jeep is both my DD as well as my wheelin' rig and takes a severe beating. Lots of big crawls and skinny pedal in 4L on the flat-ish sections, so I'm sorta surprised I've only managed to twist a spline.I called BSL today about the twisted spline and they said they rarely see this happen, even in v8 powered Jeeps, and recommended I just warranty it (free replacement, no questions asked) and see if I can twist another set. Sounded like they honestly wanted to know if it was a material defect, or if I've just found these shafts limits. The guy said that if I do get a warranty replacement and manage to break it as well, I'll still have the option for another replacement set, or I can simply ask for a refund while I go to a a bigger axle. Given I gave him full disclosure on the abuse I put these through and they're still willing to warranty and/or refund, I really have nothing but good stuff to say about these guys and this product in-particular.*Update* I finally broke a shaft! As stated, I'd twisted the spline long ago and Baseline said they'd have no problem replacing it, but I decided to just run it and hope for the best. I blew it up on a Sunday, called them about it Tuesday, they said they'd get the new one shipped out. Next morning (16 hours after my first call to them) my receiver in WA emails me to inform that my replacement has arrived. 16 hours! These guys are awesome.

pretty funny way to honor a NO QUESTIONS ASKED WARRANTY ...
just read a review on these shafts, but when i blew up both inner and outer shafts they want me to send them in for warranty inspection up to 6 weeks to get a answer while my jeep sets in the air with no axle shafts, pretty funny way to honor a NO QUESTIONS ASKED WARRANTY guaranty. i think i will stay clear of these guys in the future, go with someone close so you can return them on a normal no question asked replacement. singed unhappy in AZ.
