Best lens of all time!
The waiting game is over! This is the best lens of all time! After years of research and countless reviews this is the one! Even better than the heavier and slightly cheaper sigma art series this lens is incredible. It’s so clear, light weight and makes your photos look like a story book! I took it on a world trip and got many compliments on my photos as well as the camera itself. It’s weather sealed and perfect for all conditions. I paired it with my canon 5D Mark III and was inspired to take photos again! Also cheat code buy it through Amazon certified! Mine came in mint condition with original packaging!

Took a leap of faith and it paid off
I decided to buy this Lens "renewed" and I was a bit worried since I had never bought stuff in this condition before, but for ~300$ difference between this one and a new one, I felt like it was worth the shot. Took my chances with it and I'm extremely glad to say the lens came in perfect condition and couldn't tell it was renewed rather than just new. Everything works and looks excellent with this lens so I have no complains when it comes to the state of the lens. Now, for PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS, this lens is very versatile and has a very standard look to the images it creates. My only issue with this lens is that it isn't as sharp as I would like it to be (then again, it's no Prime Lens) and it has no Image Stabilization, which might make it hard to use for video unless you're using a tripod or a gimbal. I bought the lens knowing these things, but hopefully this info is useful to those who might not know this.

When it worked it was great but only worked for a couple months. Maybe a half dozen photo shoots.
I picked this lense up and it was working great. I used it about half a dozen times over the 4 or 5 months ive had it and at a big event of mine it started throwing a err01 code. All my other lenses work just this one i got doesn't. Not happy that for the price it only worked a few times after the refund period. Total disappointed!

Beautifully renewed
Packaging had everything I needed and lens was in excellent condition. I took it to a local camera clinic to check it out and they agreed it was in excellent condition.

Great replacement for the old version
I have been using my trusty 24-70f2.8L for over 10 years and it was time for a replacement. Canon L lenses have a reputation for being reliable for good reason, I have shot over 150,000 images with that lens. As a working professional I shouldn't be counting on a lens that old as my main go-to lens, so I got a new one. It is just a bonus that the new version is sharper and faster to focus. My only complaint would be that the old version had a deep flare guard, which was very handy for photographing Mixed Martial Arts. I could touch the flare guard to the cage and not worry about the front of the lens touching the chain link fence. The new one is much shorter and I don't have the same confidence. Not a big deal, but it's a thing.

No original packaging, but works as intended.
This lens did NOT come in its original box, BUT was wrapped in MANY layers of bubble wrap to help ensure that it arrived safely. The lens also came in this Canon Lens Bag that was very neat and had all of its original lens caps on it so unless you're in desperate need for the original box, the lens itself will arrive just fine (or at least mine did).Taking a look at the lens itself, there are some VERY minor scuffs around some of the edges and even then you have to actively look at the lens and try to find them to be able to see them.I was worried about the usage of it at first because I would try to change something on the lens whether it was the focus or the length of it and found that I wasn't able to make changes like I should've been able to. However, it was because the lens has a "lock" switch on it that was turned on, and I never used a lens that had that before. So if you run into something like this just make sure that the lock on the lens is turned off.Overall I think this is fantastic. It's almost $300 cheaper to get this lens compared to a brand new one so very minor scuffs and lack of the original box is completely fine by me.

Great condition
Purchased this renewed because of the cheaper price compared to buying new and it looks to be in perfect condition. This is one of my favorite lenses!

Soft focus
Focus was soft compared to my previous 24-70.
