I love Grass-fed but I don't usually by pre-marinaded meat, , and although there is a slight amount of sugar in the marinade, all the ingredients were clean and natural. I got one of each, but this is the only one I've tried so far. I popped it on a screaming hot grill for about 3 minutes a side. The pieces did vary in size, so be mindful while cooking.While the marinade is a little saltier than I might like, that is also typical of a Korean flavor marinade. The meat was so juicy and tender, I immediately tried to order more, but there is a one time limit during this deal. I will definitely order other cuts from Verde Farm! The convenience factor definitely makes up for the extra salt! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Meat at A Great Price *by M***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2018* Really quite fine in every way but was not "tips," as one would see in "sirloin tips." The steak pieces were closer to "cutlets." (I know. "Use a knife, it's not a big thing." But especially when marinated, if it were tips, it would have been more flavorful had they been cut in smaller pieces.) Overall, insofar as quality, tenderness and the price of $5 for one pound, it was worth it and we were not otherwise disappointed.
