Very sharp, lightweight, and no problem with rust.
I read reviews before I purchased and noticed that some said these knives/handles rusted or became discolored. That is not the case with mine. I've been using them since Christmas, nearly every day and they are still in perfect condition. I do not use a dishwasher. I hand-wash them after every use. They are very sharp and I couldn't be happier! I have 3 so far and plan to buy more.

Loved it's very sharp, I had to get used to it being a little long for me. Will probably buy the smaller serated knife at some time. It's a good product.
