Easy to use and clean and fair pricing - Although I wish it was cheaper Might want to shop around for better price

I used this in the shower (on tile) to hang wash clothes. It fell down every now and then, but I got 7 years use. I am buying a replacement because the suction cups are now too old/worn to stay very long. I did not try the adhesive method. Unfortunately, it is made of plastic, so the cup holder eventually chipped. Not bad for a suction model.

This towel bar works well. It falls off of the tile occasionally when using the suction cups. One of the plastic actuators broke and I was going to buy a new one. Then I noticed a five year limited warranty. I called Amazon and they gave me a customer service number. I called that and they sent me new suction cups. Fast, polite, no hassle. This is how business should be done.

Stylish, functional, and affordable. I wanted additional towel bars that did not require screws/drilling. I also didn’t want the less attractive white towel bars. I opted to try this model first as the suction cup attachment system sounded great. I first cleaned the tile with a solution containing bleach and then with alcohol. I then allowed adequate drying time. I affixed the rod to the wall using the suction cups and let it be without placing any towels. Within hours it came tumbling down. I then used the included silicone adhesive which has held for two weeks, even with towels. (I wouldn’t use the silicone adhesive on painted walls in a rental unit unless I was prepared to cover costs of damage to the wall after removal.) I will definitely buy again. The 24 inch towel bar was about 2 inches too long to be placed on the wall beneath the shower head so it is situated on the wall of the shower. The shorter towel bar will be purchased for that location.It is unfortunate that the suction cups didn’t hold on smooth tile. Likely will hold on glass.. Being able to remove and relocate the towel bar would be a nice option.I would recommend placing a cushion/a few towels in your tub to protect the surface and to prevent damage to the towel bar should you use the suction cups and they fail. Though the towel bar is stainless steel with chrome finish the brackets appear to consist of plastic and metal. Small pieces splintered when the suction mounts failed hence the recommendation that a cushion be used after first installing the towel bar. The pieces were small and did not diminish the integrity or appearance of the unit.

We use this in the shower to hang wash cloths on. It's the 2nd one I bought.

I purchased 2 of these for our master bath renovation and really liked them and soon ordered 3 more. I thought they were going to serve the purpose of holding my towels. I was wrong, all of them have fallen off their surfaces to the floor. I had 2 on a mirrored vanity, a glass shower door, side of a new bathtub and inside the shower on subway tile. They all failed one by one. The company sent sick on holders to use in the event of uneven surfaces so I have used 1 pair and was resorting to using a second pair as the towel bar continued to fall down and as I tried to install the stick on holder I had 2 break in my hand. I don't think these items are as helpful as the manufacturer had hoped they would be as I can't make them to stay on the surfaces where I need them to be.UPDATE: Just went into the bathroom and found the towel bar that had the stick-on holders attached after the 2nd failed attempt to adhear to the outside of my tub hanging by one holder and thin bag mat on the floor. This item had not preformed as advertised for me. I'm truly disappointed that I purchased 5 of them. Big disappointment. The seller didn't even respond to my first poor review and probably won't to this one. BEWARE

Took a chance buying these after reading reviews that it didnt work well but glad i bought anyway because the suction is superb and the bars are very sturdy, versitile and as described. I woyld definitely recommend these. They work extremely well on glass surface.

Easy to install and very nice looking and sturdy

It fell off the wall within 5 minutes.
