Great set, lots of pieces to change around.The extra ones unfortunately don't have face's, but with a very very hard push you can get the hair and hats on.

Difficult to remove heads
Great play set and initially my daughter loved it.Negative - the heads are really difficult to remove, not only for my 10 year old but for myself, which is really frustrating when the whole point is to switch and change.
