CalphalonPremier Space Saving Nonstick Fry Pan Set

I bought this for my wife. She loves the set. Stacks perfectly in our cupboard. The vessels heat evenly and quickly. The nonstick surfaces allow us to use less oil and they clean in a snap. The reason for the 4 stars is that the 6 quart stock pot is not perfectly round - has a flat spot. I contacted Calphalon to initiate a warranty replacement. They opened a case and asked for pictures. It remains to be seen if they replace the vessel, pay for return shipping costs, and how quickly they ship a replacement. I will update this review and increase the points depending on how they respond.Update:I called Calphalon Customer Service. The person I spoke with was very courteous and professional. She apologized for the problem I was having with the 6 quart stock pot. After reviewing the pictures I emailed to them she initiated a replacement stating that she will personally monitor the case to make sure that the replacement is promptly sent to me. She did not require that I ship the defective pot back to Calphalon. I am therefore increasing my point score from 4 to 5 since Calphalon stands behind its product, has outstanding customer service, increasing my confidence in the lifetime warranty that this set comes with.

The design is exceptional. I have limited cupboard space in my apartment. Purchasing an item like this set from Amazon.com was a necessity. Lifting the lids from their inter-locking grooves drains condensation and water into the pan or pot without creating spill-over onto my range or stove. Furthermore, the pieces fit together perfectly. The lids for the pans and pots is one of the better aspects of their design. The inter-locking grooves also make it a better investment because one need not worry about them falling apart if grabbing the set to get to the needed item.Although, at the time, I paid a little more than the current price of $450, I have no regret(s) because the amount of space that is utilized from having this set outweighs the expense in an apartment with very limited cupboard space. For singles, new couples, and college students this set is worth it and I implore you to find a better deal on pots and pans that do not become cumbersome to use or take up a lot of unnecessary space in small places. The heavy-duty construction and design guarantee that you will have this set of pots and pans for life because they are guaranteed for life.

I am beyond impressed with these pans! I had a calphalon set that was over 20 years old. I had been happy with that set so decided to order this one as a replacement. These are hands down the best pans I’ve ever used. Nothing sticks, they barely need a wipe to clean, the long handles do not gist hot at all — the shorter side does at times but it hasn’t been a problem fir me. The stacking and lid design is pure genius! I went from 2 cabinets down to one shelf of one cabinet for my pan storage. They are very heavy, so that could be an issue for some people, but I think their weight is part of what makes them so good. I order from amazon all the time but this is one of my only reviews. I highly recommend this set!

I bought the glass lids for these pans separately to prevent splatter - but a lid on a frying pan does keep too much moisture in so not really used that much... Great build - good non stick.

Wife loves these. They work great on our glass top stove. Great great cookware. Worth every penny.

Nice set of pans….just missing a matching 1.5 quart size pot (n/a)

They are made very well. Nicely heavy-duty. I already have a set of the stacking pots and pans but wanted more of these sizes.

About time I replaced my cookware! Very happy with the job it does for even cooking. Some lids from others fit the larger. Heavy but well worth the effort.

Son ollas de tamaño grande para cocinar bastante comida. Se ve durable, fuerte y grueso el material. Solamente que las asas sí se calientan, y bastante. Hay que usar algún implemento para no quemarse. Fuera de eso, todo lo que se publica al respecto de la batería es adecuado.
