Tyres witherered within four years and there is zero support.
No support after delivery. This wheel Chair tyres didn't last. Neither the seller,nor amazon can provide any help. I frantically requested for the required spares on payment but always got a curt reply from amazon,as well as from the supplier. You buy a television set,a radio, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, microwave,etc. with the same price ,yet you get spares for the life time of the product. Here there is only silence..

Comfortable and good quality
Bought this wheel chair for my mom. She loved the colour combination of red and black. The chair is comfortable and height is adjustable. As she doesn't need the footrest hence did not install it. Overall worth the purchase 😃

Great indoor/outdoor wheelchair
The Kosmocare Esteem is perfect for our needs. My mother is bed ridden, unable to walk on her own. This wheel chair is light, easily maneuverable inside the house, and comfortable so she can sit for longer periods. The quality of the product is good and the price reasonable.

Foot rest are not locked in locking system then most uncomfortable to go foot path or other places...As soon as he keeps his feet, the footrest rotates and is not fixed, so he cannot go anywhere by sitting on it.........And the wheelchair is non-returnable, so cannot be returned..... My total money is waste...

Worst After sale service.
I had purchased product for my mom 4 years back hardly used it and rear wheel got tear and when I asked company for spares they first told your order no not matched and here after now they are telling wheel is not in stock available after 2 to 3 months as it is medical product its not responsibility of company to make it available at earliest. So think before you buy such costly product and such service.

Average life 4 yrs.Product is good but no spare parts service.
I bought this chair in 2018.reasonably good. The mag wheel got damaged now.even though there is no other damage to the chair l must buy a new one as the company is not providing spare part service.
