Awesome shelf that I purchased for storage!!! It was incredibly easy to assemble, and what I love about it is you can adjust the size of the shelves so you aren't stuck with a one size fits all scenario. To me that is the best feature about something like this. I put it together in about 15 minutes. The shelf itself is made of good quality material and is very sturdy. Definitely a good purchase.

First order arrived with 8 bottom poles and 4 top poles -- no middle poles. Assumed that was an error. Returned it and received a replacement. Exactly the same. Now I am an engineer by education, very good at building and assembly things but I am totally confused. There is absolutely no way to assemble the shelves with the materials shipped. If assembled with the two poles that do fit together, it would have a max height of 32". That is not the description. Something is very wrong. Both were return.Reading other reviews, it is exact the same problem that Yensy (2/8/19). I think the product would have been OK for its purpose if I could have assembled. But if you don't have the parts it doesn't work.

Received this very quickly, but I received 8 bottom shelf poles. I received 4 middle poles instead of the 8 I should have received. Now, this shelf I have assembled is an entire foot shorter than it should've been. And, I have extra bottom poles I can do nothing with.The entire disassembled set of pieces was bubble wrapped messily and zip tied, looking much like someone else had already been dissatisfied with this product and shipped it back, only to end up in my less-than-happy hands.Now, I have to figure out what to do with this mess.Update: April 3, 2019Received a whole new shelf from the company upon contacting them in hopes of receiving the bars for the shelf required to make it the full height. The new package had all the exact same parts the first one did and therefore could not be completed either. Now I have two shelves that aren't as tall as they're supposed to be and eight bars that go to nothing.

The instructions, or lack there of? We’re not good. I spent probably three times as long putting it together than necessary if there would have been better instructions.

This is the WORST product I've ever received from Amazon!Ordered 2 shelving units - had 15 bottom poles, 1 middle pole, and 8 top poles. Assembly impossible with these parts. Gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered a replacement of the 2 units rather than a refund.I received the 2 replacement units. Put the 1st one together. Unpackaged the 2nd unit and it was just like the first 2 - I had 16 bottom poles, 8 top poles and zero middle poles.I have 8 large, heavy-duty shelving units like these in my garage, plus a smaller one in my laundry room. I put them all together with no problem, so this is not my ability to assemble - it is that the manufacturer packaging the units with ZERO inspection to ensure the correct parts in the correct amounts are packaged and shipped. ZERO QUALITY CONTROL!!!I returned all except the 1 unit that I was able to assemble, but, since it was a replacement for an original, when I printed the return it showed I was not due a refund. These shelves were useless, monumentally frustrating, and a waste of time and money!

These are the worst thing ever, I thought that they were big enough for pantry shelves. I came home and my husband already put them together and threw out the boxes. Unhappy customer!

I installed it with my wife, it takes us only about 30 mins. With an extra hammer, it would be a lot easier for installing. The joins are pretty strong and tight.The height of every level are all adjustable for certain height I need.We have some heavy stuff placed on top of it. It's strong enough with good material. It's a decent product at this price. The size is just fit for most of the kitchen stuffs.I did also add a few hooks for more stuffs.

Overall this is a good product. It took a lot longer to put this together than I anticipated and there ate no instructions. It was very wobbly at first so I took it conpletely apart and rebuilt it. The second time I pushed the pieces together with the clamps. There was no snap that it was correct but it seemed to have made it less wobbly. Good for us since its in a tight closet and has 3 walls to keep it in place but if it was out in the open it would have never worked.
