One year ago my family had custom made orthotics. Whith them it limited the shoes that could be worn. Only I wore them. This product was just what everyone was looking for. They are compact and comfortable. It alllows everyone to wear what ever shoes. It supports the arch and proper foot position. The difference in cost is unbelievable.Pros1 comfortable2 wear in any shoe3 high quality feel4 value (so much cheaper then orthotics).Cons1 none so far.

I decided to buy this because of the reviews. I've been trying to find something to help my feet, while standing in place for 2.5 hour intervals, on industrial concrete floors.Well, the idea gets about 4 stars but this has got to be the most uncomfortable thing ever. What sort of gel is this rock hard thing? Seriously, there is absolutely no love in these things. They felt like I was standing on two rocks. I'd be better off standing bare foot on the concrete.Please, please revise this. Idea = A+Finished product that I got = 0.When you have a real "gel" support, I'll give you another try.

I have had foot problems for as long as I can remember. I have a job where I am walking and standing for the entirety of my shift, and I was hoping these would help with my sore and achy feet (I have plantar fasciitis as well as a reconstructed arch in one foot). All I will say is that it felt like these did more harm than good. The product itself is as hard as a rock, and it felt as if I was attempting to walk with two giant stones in my shoes. I told myself that I just needed to give them time to get used to them and to just get through the initial uncomfortable period. Eventually things went from uncomfortable to painful. My feet began to tingle and go numb and I was forced to take these off. They may work for some people, but the did not work at all for me.

I’ve only been wearing these for a few days but I definitely think they’re helping. It takes me a bit of trial and error each day to get them in the right position but when they’re there ... bingo! I get on better wearing them under socks because I find the socks (and therefore the supports) can slip when I put my boots on. They’re a great help. I love that I can wear them with anything (although I wouldn’t wear them with shoes where they can be seen). I wonder if I maybe should have extended my wear a little each day? I just went all in and by the end of the day I feel like my feet are complaining about having their arches supported!! Overall I’m glad I bought them. Time will tell if they help with my overall hip/pelvic/back pain but I’m hopeful.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  As a frequent runner (4 or 5 times per week, total of about 30 miles per week) I've been abusing my arches for years. And I've been suffering until I found these little beauties. They are one size fits all, but they are supremely comfortable and stretch to fit without feeling like they are squeezing too much. I wear them comfortably in dress or casual shoes during the day after a hard run and they seem like they really speed the recovery of my soft tissues in my feet. I've also tried them in my running shoes for my weekly 'long run' and haven't had any foot or shin pain at all since I started using them. Nothing but my highest recommendation for these. In fact, I've already turned a few peeps from my running group on to these, and scored a few free beers in the process.

I was excited about these, Great concept but these are sooo hard they hurt your feet. And whatever material they are made of burn your feet. Would return them if I could but they charge you shipping to return. Waist of money

Felt like rocks in my shoes. I thought they would be nice & soft but they were like lumps of concrete. I returned them.

Great idea!!! But the edge that cradles your arch is way too rigid for my sore, busted up arches. I wish they had a softer layer over the top. I gave them to my son to try and he had the same problem.
