Water flushed through the valve in side of cup. **Q: Are you able to use this to pull antifreeze into the raw water systems?** A: Yes. This is for inboard boats only (works with both D and V drive configurations). Set up and run boat for 15 mins to allow motor to get to operating temperature. Then close the valve to the water source, and open the container valve allowing the antifreeze to enter the raw water system (run till all antifreeze is gone). Make sure the antifreeze reservoir is elevated off the ground to get proper flow. **Q: what is the width of the flusher, my pickup is very large and the normal ones wont fit over it?** A: It’s the same size as a toilet plunger **Q: what is the diameter of the suction cup?** A: The outer diameter is 6" the inner diameter is 5", so the plunger walls are 1" thick. I needed to test the engine in my front driveway and found this product.It was easy to mount on the intake.
