Japanese Vanilla Matcha Green Tea Powder, Uji Matcha (100g)

This one is my favourite macha. I've been reordering already. Taste great. Vanilla add that extra smoothness and little sweetness. Flavours are perfectly balanced. Strongly recommend trying.

I am recently a 'Matcha Matt's convert. I like the flavoured ones the best, with vanilla as my favourite. This is a really nice blend. Very fine so it can leave a fine sediment at the bottom so just remembering to stir it occasionally fixes this. I find that it could do with a bit more vanilla flavour would make this even better as I do prefer a slightly stronger flavour, probably due to the fact that it's a latte. The only other thing to mention is that I wish that other flavours were available. Banana, blueberry and raspberry are excellent with strawberry and coconut as a close second. Thanks

Horrible taste. On the back of the packet it says ‘product of India’ so not Japan as advertised. I have had previous matcha powder and thought would give this one a try as slightly cheaper price. Won’t be buying again! It has a harsh flavour to it and not creamy like other matcha.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Really nice-tasting drink with clean ingredients. The downside is that it is slightly costlier than other variants. I had purchased the same brand product from India, which costs about one-fourth the price on Amazon UK.

The VAHDAM Japanese Vanilla Matcha was very easy to prepare, which I appreciated. The vanilla flavor comes through very strongly, great for vanilla lovers. However, my family and I felt the vanilla overpowered the matcha itself, so it didn’t quite deliver the traditional matcha taste we were expecting. If you enjoy a bold vanilla flavor, this might be a good option, but for those looking for a more authentic matcha experience, it may not be the best fit.

I too used to hate green tea but found out was because I was making it too strong. I know it's a temptation because everyone says it's so healthy, but matcha is definitely less is more. Start with 1/4 tsp in a mug. I add boiling water, top it up with cold water and then fill the last inch with almond or oat milk. Again experiment with different milks. I add stevia as a sweetener, use honey, agave or plain ol' sugar as you like. It's worth persevering because it's delightful when it's prepared right. I also use it in keto chocolate chip cookies. They're the best I ever made.

Just be careful since it’s really delicately powdery when you close it. Tastes yummy and the vanilla flavour adds a nice sweetness to the bitterness. Even though it’s finely ground, still need to sieve it to make it finer. Will want to try it in cookies since it already has vanilla. Iced matcha ftw!

This is me talking to all the true matcha fans (that like/love the unique flavour and healthy dose): this products is wonderful. Vanilla and matcha are delicious together. This product is approx 52% vanilla which is a bit high. Since I want more matcha I make my oat match with 2/3 ceremonial matcha and 1/3 of this and it makes the most amazing drink! This should have a highly rating. It smells amazing.

At first I thought the flavor was a bit too strong (and I really like vanilla in my matcha) when made with just water, but then I tried using just a 1/2 tsp with water in my Instant Pot frother, then mixing with unsweetened coconut milk, and OMG it is delicious! I don't add any sweetener at all, and the flavor reminds me of butterbeer! It is now my nightly after dinner "treat", and I enjoy it so much. Just ordered a second bag so I don't run out. I think there is a decent amount in the bag, despite what others have said. I definitely wouldn't use a full teaspoon like the instructions say.

I love this matcha. I had the other more easily accessible one before but this one is great! It can be also used for matcha lava cake!

Avis : J’ai acheté ce matcha vanille pour remplacer le café et avoir une boisson plus douce au quotidien. Je le bois chaque matin, et je dois dire qu’il est vraiment agréable, surtout pour quelqu’un qui n’est pas habitué au matcha pur. ✔️ Goût Le mélange matcha + vanille donne un arôme très doux, légèrement sucré, sans amertume. Ça passe facilement, même sans lait. J’ai aussi testé en latte, et la vanille ressort encore mieux. ✔️ Qualité de la poudre La poudre est fine, se mélange bien, ne fait pas trop de grumeaux. La couleur est belle, signe d’un matcha correct. Effets Je trouve qu’il donne un petit coup de boost sans les palpitations du café.
