Great product.
This pen worked great for my 94 year old mother.

Comfortable and improved writing and legibility.
This adaptive pen is incredible. I have to write constantly in my job. I work in outpatient surgery, make recovery and preoperative assessments, and pick up patients as well. In December 2024, I had my index finger joint fused near the nail bed. It’s been a challenge learning to write again and make it legible. It’s comfortable, provides stability, improves the flow of writing and legibility. It was particularly hard to make looped letters. I plan on ordering more.

Great pen for those with nerve damage in their hands
I can’t hold a pen due to nerve damage in my back. Got basically a claw hand- can’t open it but am able to close it. These pens are a gift. I can now print decently. They don’t require hand strength to hold them.

Looks great.
Beautiful, but my handwriting isn’t as good with it. Ink flow is fine. Seems durable. I’m just a little disappointed.

Great pen for my injuried thumb.
Got purchased this pen under the suggestion of my hand therapist. I needed something I could use while my thumb is healing so I can do my work for my classes. It has a natural posture for my thumb to rest on the pen. Which allows me to write longer than a conventional pen. Especially without pain. It's a a nice ballpoint pen. My only wish was that there was an option for a gel pen.

PenAgain Blues
PenAgain is a great concept. For me, not so much. The hard plastic packaging on the refill was impossible to remove due to severe CPS, (I can barely open a round doorknob.) The Y shape is a good idea but it stood too tall or too vertical for my hand. (I guess I'm a XS size.) To use the pen I had to angle it. This was very uncomfortable. It would be terrific if you sold it in different sizes or if you made it adjustable. The pen would retract while I was using it. There is a small button to retract the pen but I had not pushed it. The soft grip that I thought would be a bit spongy or gel-like is soft in a "fabric-smooth-like" way, almost a slimy feeling. The price has come down considerably since my purchase. I'd rather spend my money on a Uni-ball Signo 207 Gel Pen.

Occupational therapist approved and recommended
While receiving therapy, my OT told about this pen since I work a front desk job. I have RA, this has been a blessing. I’m a lefty so the lettering on the bottom is a bit of a bother but I flip the pen upside down so it doesn’t press or rub on my finger. My best pen as of yet. Nice and smooth feeling. It can bleed a bit but that doesn’t bother me when I can finally write without pain.

Perfect solution
I got this for my dad. He was struggling writing due to carpal tunnel syndrome. He loves it! He is so amazed at how pain free writing has become. He’s been recommending it to friends!

Awesome
Comfy and soft. My hand does not hurt when writing like it does with regular pens. It’s awkward at first but once you get use to it, you won’t want to write with a regular pen! It’s a little expensive for one pen however!
