Totally worthless don't waste your money. Haven't even had it 3 , 8 pound Dachshund broke the extra large one with the extra large tabs the door the tabs are nothing but thin plastic and they don't take much stress. Now I'm out 50 bucks and still have to buy another dog door going to find an all metal one this time. Even the flimsy plastic sheet plastic dog doors lasted longer then this one extremely disappointed

Staywell company changed the size of the door. We were purchasing this door as a replacement for our existing staywell however, the size was so different (wider and shorter) that we had to scrap the plan. And because I was irresponsible and did not realize the door shipped from England, it was cost prohibitive to return it. So, we are stuck with a door we can not use.We loved the original Staywell and had actually already replaced it once. This time around, we got burned. Looking for a new door again but out the original costs.

ok for the price not the most secure but was not after that only problem I had was that I thought i would need extra tunnel extensions for a thinker door and ordered two but when they arrived they were for a small cat door not for a large dog door you would have thought they would have notice but did not so make sure you order the correct size as it does not make it too clear on amazon page

This is a good size pet door and way too fit. It looks nice and tidy too. Being dark coloured it doesn’t get all grubby like the white ones do. However when the wind is strong outside it always blows open and lets out a lot of heat. We foster dogs so like them to have constant access to the garden but on cold and windy days we keep having to put the flap cover in to retain warmth!

I had to return this as it was enormous. Medium is for a dog up to 18 kg. My dog is 20kg, so I bought large. But large is for a dog up to 45 kg! Also, I would have destabilised the entire door if I'd cut a hole to make it fit. There needs to be an in between size. I had to pay £4 to return it.

Good product; 2nd time i have bought this product to fit to my back door.I have 4 cats and 2 dogs; so needed a large dog flap.one of my dogs; he runs through so fast that the door shakes, and the flap bangs about, it takes a pounding. The previous flap lasted 2 years of heavy use, GOOD BUY.

I looked at the instructions and followed them only to find that the flap would it open fully so I had to take the inside surround off move it up so the glad would be able to open fully, screw new holes and 're fit the surroundIT IS NOT DOG PROOFOR SHOULD I SAY IT HAS NOT BERN TESTED BY LABRADORS
