I opted for the cheaper version because I have never tried one of these air pulse machines so I wasn’t expecting much. But for $50 this did not seem worth the money at all, it is an extremely cheap product with terrible power. There is no “suction” at all, just tiny air pulses that barely do anything. It is also extremely loud for its size. This was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend.

If you're looking for a low-cost, does-the-job suction vibrator this works. However, I was having to replace a similar one that I had lost that was a bit larger and had more speed/pulsating options that I can't seem to find anymore on Amazon. So, as an 'experienced' owner my observations are: 1) too small and lightweight for what I'm used to. Half the size of my hand, and sometimes hard to get a good grip on it as a result; 2) On/off/speed button is on the top at a place where you would be holding it so I found that I accidentally switched speeds at inopportune times; 3) Like that you can remove the suction cup for cleaning; 4) It is quieter than my previous model. A good thing when you don't want to advertise to your neighbors what you're doing! In all, this was effective, but I'm deciding to upgrade to a larger model that I can more easily hold in my hand like the Womanizer Premium or Classic. But for $40 this is a good value.

Well worth the money!! I appreciate that it can be used hands free. It definitely does the job.Update to add: after using it for a while I don’t feel like it’s holding a charge very well. When it works is great. But it dies really fast.
