product dimensions fully expanded?

The car organizer measures 21"(length) x 15"(width) x 10" (height), when fully expanded. When not in use you can fold it to a compact structure.

Does it have a strap/straps to secure it from shifting?

No, but it doesn't slide or shift, especially when there are items in the cubbies.

No clue. Looks like it’s marketed by a company in northern NJ. Imagine Trend and MJ Tech Solutions are names that come up in Google and Google Earth searches. No No mention

Two or three different organizers shown. I want type with what appear to be rigid frames capping organizer and dividers. Which type actually shipped?

Organizers and dividers. It is very sturdy.
