Looks great when installed, goes really nicely under my TV in the media wall we had built. No installation issues all went very smoothly. lots of colour options when installed and different timers available if you need them.only slight critic would be the instructions/remote is not so simply to programme and we ended up having the fire come on during the day when we were out, without us knowing - I think it could be simpler or have a warning light to show its been set into programmed mode. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what I wanted to replace my gas fire *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 February 2022* I spent ages looking for a built in electric fire for my new media unit. I was prepared to pay a lot more but I am very pleased I ended up with this one. It was not cheap, but it looks great now it has been installed. I have had favorable comments from everyone who has seen it. The flame effect is so realistic someone held their hand in front to see if it was giving off any heat! The only downside I have found so far is the remote control has so many options it is difficult to master. Sometimes the heating element switches on automatically when I was not expecting it, but it soon switches off again once the temperature of the room has risen to the set level. No problem with the noise of the fan. You don't notice it when the TV is switched on. I have included a before and after photo. The gas fire in the first picture was broken.
