Arrived smashed to bits
The tank arrived with padding around the side and top but nothing on the bottom. As you can see in the pictures the bottom is smashed to bits, hopefully the next one I order will arrive intact.

Lid leaks condensation all over the place
We have several Juwel tanks and have been pleased with them in the past. We are very dissatisfied with the Juwel primo 70. It leaks condensation from the lid all over the front of the glass. Contacted Juwel (supplied photos of the problem) who were helpful saying the tank wasn’t level. We have got it to.01 level however it still leaks all out of the lid. Looks like we are going to have to look for a different type of lid. This is a cost and a hassle we could do without 😡

Quality Aquarium but rubbish sponge only filter..
I only wish I could add more photo’s, this is a quality aquarium with LED lighting in the Hood, the Hood itself allows for automatic feeders to be added, additional LED Lighting to be added but the real bonus is the cut out at the rear with is large enough to run cables but also use an External Filter and run the piping because the Sponge only 300lph Filter is very poor indeed and also houses a 50w Heater and is the reason why I’m only giving 4 and of 5, now I need to go and buy a decent Filter...

ASTHETICALLY PLEASING
THE TANK LOOKS VERY NICE BUT I WANTED A 70 GALLON TANK AND THATS WHAT IT SAID ON THE BOX IN THE ADVERT BUT WHEN IT ARRIVED IT SAID 60\70 GALLONS AND I ALREADY HAD A SIXTY GALLON TAND WHICH WAS GETTING A LITTLE OVERCROWDED DUE TO THE LIVE BEARING FISH SO WAS NOT VERY HAPPY BUT I CANT RETURN GOODS BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A PRINTER THEREFORE AM VERY CAREFUL WHEN I BUY I AM NOT PLEASED AND HAD TO TRANSFER SOME OF MY FISH TO MY LARGE GOLFISH TANK WHERE THEY SEEM TO BE THRIVING AT THE MOMENT THANK GOODNESS.
