The battery lasted less than a month and is dead
Overall: great radio.Battery - Problem.Seller: please contact me at the email address listed.The battery will not charge; i get a flashing battery icon on the LCD display.Battery worked for less than a month, then no good.Replaced the battery with another from a colleague and it works just fine.Left the unit powerless, overnight, put original battery back in; shows charging, but no charge is occurring.Battery defective?Otherwise, radio is great - no issues other than the battery

They have either a 2 hour battery life or a 12 hour battery life. You will check the battery life and it will tell you "battery high". Then it will die in 10 minutes. Its a 90% chance that it wont alert you when the battery is dying. Can take a slam off the ground though.

look else where if using a headset
I have 60 of these purchased in two different sets, there are audio issues on one batch with a Motorola headset the volume is only 2db. If you need to use the headset look elsewhere. Motorola support will just run you in circles and never get anywhere.

Junk batteries
Not sure if the radios are taking out the batteries or if the batteries are just junk, I've went through 3 batteries in 2 months. Buy another brand stay away from these
