Who Needs a Body Shop?!
I have to admit, I was skeptical that this would work. I read the reviews of this product and ones similar to it and everyone raved about their results. Here are some tips for future users... when gluing the peg to the dent, be sure to push hard enough to get the glue into the dent but not so hard that the glue seeps out from under the peg and everywhere and know before you start that this might take several tries on the same dent. Also, it won’t look perfect afterward. If you want perfect, you should go to a body shop. Last, I had to search a YouTube video before I started just to make sure I was going to be doing it correctly. All in all, this was worth every penny!

It works well enough for small dents
It was worth $40 to me because it did remove a few small dents in my SUV caused by carelessly opened doors for much less than a professional paintless dent repair service. As long as you take your time and follow the instructions, this kit should be effective for similar minor damage. In my case it was about 95% effective. I can just barely identify the spots where the dents used to be much more obvious. Not perfect, but definitely much better than before. The glue was not as easy to remove as I have seen in some descriptions or videos, but with some patience and possibly a heat gun or hair dryer it isn't to much of a problem. It was more difficult to clean off the parts of the kit afterwards than the vehicle itself. As far as I can tell, it didn't leave a mark on the actual paint. One important thing to note about the least expensive kit is that it does not come with the rubber tipped tools used for tapping the body back down if you pull the dent out too far. I didn't think it would be necessary since the dents I had to work with were so small, but you might need the kit with additional tools if you have larger dents. In hindsight, had I known how effective this would be, I should have ordered the largest kit instead. Even that is still less than even one professional repair. If damage was any worse than what this product appears capable of repairing, a body shop would be necessary anyway. Also worth noting, the glue will not set up properly if the body panel you are working on is too warm or the outdoor temperature is too high. I would recommend working with this product when the vehicle is cool to the touch and not in direct sunlight. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the value and effectiveness of this product.

Doesn’t work as advertised.
First, I like to point out everything pictured is what you get in this kit. Unfortunately that is not all that is supposed to be In it. In the instruction manual it lists what the kit is supposed to have and it is missing the T puller. Extra clips and the flattening hammer and kit. What is pictured is there to pull small dents but will not work on bigger projects. That said I did try to use it. I cleaned the area, glued the pullers to the car as instructed. Let it dry for about an hour then pulled. No dent came out. 2 of the pulls just pulled the glue off. The third pull pulled the glue and some paint off. I do not recommend this product. for serious dents.UPDATE:After talking with BBkang about my experience with this product and showing him photos of my car; he explained to me what exactly i needed to remove the dent and gave me detailed instructions on how to remove the dent from the hood of my car. I am going to follow his instructions and will update my review after I give it a shot. However, I am raising my review from a 1 star to a 3 star due to wonderful customer service. BBKang I thank you for your hands on approach to helping me resolve my issue with this product.

Complete Kit
After buying a similar item on Facebook which apparently only came with the tool and none of the accessories you need to actually do the work, I ordered this kit for a few more dollars but it came complete with everything you need to do the job right as well as a convenient carry bag to keep everything together. I haven't actually used it yet but after I do I will update my review with those results. It looks simple enough if you don't have a significant amount of metal damage.

Great DIY kit
The product works well for most dents without creases or metal damage behind. That means the vast majority of small dings you will encounter that do not damage the paint can be repaired with this kit. I’ve repaired many dings over the years with several kits. This one is the most complete kit with everything you need. Just take your time, clean the area well, use patience (most dings will require several attempts) and set your expectations according to the type of damage. Even if the damage has a crease or there is paint damage (like a large stone or metal impact), you can use the kit to make it better but no kit is going to replace a professional body repair shop. Rather, this kit will save you potentially hundreds in smaller annoying dent repairs by fixing them at home. It’s a good deal and worth the effort.

A decent value, but pull tabs break fairly easily. Excellent customer service.
The kit works. Glue gun and puller seems well constructed for the money. Instructions were lacking though. The pull tabs are not very strong. In one hour, I broke two and they are rendered useless now. What’s the difference between black and yellow glue sticks? No mention of that in the kit. The concept is easy enough. Results were ok. I’d say for the money it’s a good value. Wishing I bought a kit with the tamping tool to push dents back down. I pulled one dent too much and now it’s popped up the opposite way.Edit: customer service is excellent. Company contacted me and offered replacement pull tabs, and extra items too. Seems there may be a quality control issue with the tabs that they are trying to rectify. Hopefully they fix the problem. Updated to 5 stars

Partially effective!
The repair kit is fairly easy to use but it may not fully repair the dent. It all depends on where the dent is located. If the dent is on a completely flat surface, there’s a much better chance of getting the dent out. If the dent is located on an edge, non flat surface, then most likely you won’t be able to get the dent out.

Perfect for pulling dents
This is all you need to do home dent repair. This is the same stuff the professionals use. It is great for professional use as well. Quality is good. Price is great.I would recommend.
