It is a breeze to install, and holds solid with no twisting. Pros; - Light weight - Easy to install (I added a series of pictures demonstrating) - Has a rubber pad to protect the gun Cons; - It is easy to twist the swivel extension when tightening, you need to hold it with something to keep it true - Only one "groove", they could have fit 2 or 3 in the space - possibly this was done to help stabilize a bipod I really like this kit. I recommend it highly. ** Update ** I liked the kit that came with my bipod so much that I bought another one. The new kit's cross-screw was not centered in the swivel extender. In order to get it to fit I had to drill out the swivel stud on my rifle.
