This particular brand is excellent. I drink 16 ounce cups of tea all day long and I use two packets in the 16 ounce. I bought another brand earlier in the year and we had to use three packets for the same sweetness as two packets of real Splenda. This product is a great buy, great taste, great value, and the presentation I gave it five stars but it's all just thrown in the box which I don't care about. That 2000 packets will last me much longer than the other brand. Soon as I find out which brand that was I will let everyone know.1/19/2020: The other brand is Cafe Delight. There is hardly any product in each packet.

The number one greatest thing about this is that it is manufactured by a leading manufacturer and sold a significantly lower price than the brand name product. Ever since my favorite "big, big-box store" stopped carrying this type of sweetener in bulk bags, there really has been no good way to get a reasonable amount in bulk. The number two greatest thing as that this manufacturer uses a package only a third the size of the brand name product while providing an equal amount by weight. The difference is that, by not selling you all that extra plastic packaging and air, the product arrives more densely packed and wastes less space which means less volume in shipping vehicles, etc.

This is not Equal, it is closer to Splenda in taste which I prefer. It is cheaper than the grocery stores even when they have buy one get one free on a 100 count box. 2000 is not too much to have. If your house uses two per cup and your family uses eight per day with four cups that is only eight months of product. Use half that and it is a year and a half. It will not go bad in that time.

I don't use this product, but I bought it for my wife. She says the name brand Splenda has gone to a different formulation in the past couple of years (less granular, more powdery). She says the taste isn't as good now. It has less sweetness and is somewhat more bitter. She says this generic Sugarly Sweet sucralose is like the old Splenda formulation -- more granular (like sugar), and sweeter. She prefers it, and it's certainly way less expensive than the name brand. :)

My wife and I are both diabetic and use a fair amount of artificial sweeteners. Sucralose is our favorite and we used to get the Kirkland boxes at Costco as they were much cheaper than the Sucralose brand. However our Costco no longer carries this and the price on the Sucralose brand has been climbing fast. I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. This is Equal's brand of Sucralose. It tastes exactly like the more expensive variant. When we get near the end of this case we will buy another. I would recommend this to anyone looking for Sucralose.

SUGARLY SWEET Zero Calorie Sweetener Packets with Sucralose seems identical in flavor to the big brand sucralose packets, but after several hundred uses, I am very sure each packet has a little less sweetener. Still an okay buy, but a little disappointing. I do not use packets for recipes, but if I did, these could be a problem if exact measurements were expected. The packets are a little smaller than the big brand, but less wasted paper works for me.

Perhaps that's what he meant to say. It's the same stuff. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it's probably is a duck. It looks like Splenda, swims like Splenda, and most importantly tastes like Splenda. However, it doesn't cost like Splenda. You're not paying for the name. Bonus points, it even comes in a dispenser box. Does the name brand stuff do that?
