Realistic expectations produce Realistic Results
I purchased two of these machines in mid-May 2017 after reading this article by Dr. Mercola: https://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2017/05/19/wbvt-mimics-exercise.aspxOne machine was for my mother (78 years old, heart issues/bad knees-right knee replaced 2nd time in June 2017, achy legs affecting sleep, overweight and severely under-exercised) who lives with an older friend with similar health challenges. They both use this machine while seated. The second machine is used in my household by myself (58 years old, achy knees & back, painful feet after standing or walking for more than an hour) and my husband (71 years old, achy everything, painful feet, bad balance - falls a lot). We have a homestead in AK where we spend 3-5 hours a day 4-6 days a week from April to Sep cutting wood to keep warm during the winter. In winter, we haul wood and pellets @40 lbs per bag every day and sometimes we haul water. We both use the machine while standing and doing some gentle stretching exercises.I waited this long to write my review in order to fully assess the benefits though I saw results within the first couple of weeks in both households. I wasn't interested in writing a review simply to add an extension to my warranty though this is a nice response on the part of the company. Before my purchase, I read almost every review on this product, looked at other products both in and out of my price range and read their reviews. I chose this machine because it's portable (albeit a bit heavy for lugging around), reasonably priced and the company makes a good show of handling complaints/problems promptly. I didn't see that on any of the other machines out there on Amazon. Also, my needs were simple: REDUCE PAIN!My mother and her friend both report that their achy/twitchy legs stopped aching and twitching allowing them both to sleep better. They use it in the morning to clear away any stiffness and stimulate the blood flow to their legs. They use it in the evening before going to bed to relax. My mother also used the machine before and after her knee surgery to reduce her pain and stimulate healing. She was released from physical therapy a week early due to her quick recovery. NOTE: She didn't use the machine after surgery until her knee surgeon approved her to continue its use.At this time, (7 months later), they still use the machine daily. Here in AK, we first noticed a definite improvement in balance for both of us. Less falls for the husband while tramping around in the woods and I was able to walk backwards with a full wheelbarrow of wood without tripping or stumbling. Also, noticed that when I tripped or stumbled, my muscles were quick to adjust which reduced sprains and strains for my ankles, knees, and backs. Within two weeks of using this for 5 mins in the morning, and 5 mins after coming home after cutting and hauling wood, we increased our daily wood output to nearly double without all the pain. It was a win-win for us.After the first month, my foot pain was reduced to almost none and I haven't been back on crutches since buying this machine. (I was forced to use crutches at few times before this purchase because the pain in my feet was like walking on broken glass.) We also felt we were sleeping better though we can't pin that down specifically to the machine. I also noted smoother skin on my legs, hips, and buttocks but again we're active and I can't pin it down specifically to the machine. My lower back pain from overuse/strain has also become a non-issue. Side benefits: Trim waistline and firmer chin.I stand on the machine and do stretches such as pointing my chin to the ceiling until my neck is taut or holding my arms straight out until fatigue forces them to drop. We have it placed facing the window in our bedroom and hold onto the window sill while looking out into the forest. I also like to do gentle squats and tummy/rear squeezes when I have extra time. Every little bit helps me with a tonier body, I think. My husband was standing on the machine until recently when he lost his lower left leg. Now I put the machine up on a sturdy coffee table for him and he rests his thighs across the machine. We feel the vibrations and stimulation to the lymphatic system are worth the extra effort. After 7 months, we're still using the machine daily and have had absolutely no problems with it working. I watched a Youtube video as recommended by another reviewer to overcome the overly basic instructions that come with the machine. I also bought the fancy exercise chart but have actually never used it. (I'm not that BIG on exercising when most of my energy/time goes to cutting/hauling/stacking firewood and all the other physical demands of homesteading in AK.)Downside?: Some people have complained the machine automatically shuts off after 10 minutes. I found this to be a good thing because like anything that stresses your muscles and joints, if I spend too long on the machine, I do experience strain issues. At first in my ankles, later in my knees and eventually in my hips. These strains all went away after appropriate rest and stretching but you CAN overdo it on this machine and we only use the low setting for our purposes.Bottom line: I highly recommend this machine for improving balance, reducing overall pain and stimulating the lymphatic and digestive systems. I would buy it again for both households just for the non-drug pain relief. Take charge of your health!

So far so good, but beware the 5 star reviews.
I HATE that these people offered to basically bribe me for a 5 star review, but as for the machine's functionality.... so far, so good. The instruction book is a joke. It was FULL of typos, most sentences have no breaks between words (just pages of bullets that run together in blobs of letters), and incomplete sentences. No, I don't just mean poorly constructed sentences, I mean sentences that just... stop in the middle and don't resume on the next line or next page. It was very disconcerting... after all, what kind of quality control would they do on the product if this manual is the kind of material they'd send out to customers. I worried I'd just thrown my money away. However, the machine appears to be sturdy and working fine. It's been about 2 months so far. The ridiculous "manual" has no reference to what the various modes and programs are or how they differ, so I am still playing around with it to figure out the settings and various programs. I have not yet figured out how to set the timer for any of the programs/modes. They seem to default to 15 minutes, so I just watch the timer if I want a shorter duration. For the money, I'd say it was a good gamble. Please be warned that they basically offer people a financial incentive for 5 star reviews, so you may not be able to REALLY count on all the high ratings here. I contacted Amazon and sent them the letter I received offering me an extra long warranty if I'd give the product a 5-start review and send them proof of that. I hope Amazon will put a stop to that practice. We all count on honest reviews here to know whether we should buy something. I'll edit my review later if anything changes.

Broke in only 90 Days and Customer Service isn't reponsive.
I bought my unit in February 2018 and it broke in May 2018. It lasted only 90 days. They claim it has a 2 year warranty. I have exchanged emails with Chris at Rock Solid, but they haven't offered to fix it or replace it.

Good machine
I've been using the RS2200 for almost a week now and already I'm feeling a difference, I'm getting more energetic. I started with the manual setting at a slow speed for only a few minutes to see what it was like and I'm now using one of the pre-programmed settings for the full 10 minutes twice a day. I actually look forward to my time on the machine. When I sent in some questions to Rock Solid, the response was very quick and helpful. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. Update: I noticed the price had dropped due to the introduction of the new model machine. Since this was only a few weeks since my purchase, I got in touch with the company and even though they didn't have to, they gave me back the difference in price. Great customer service!

Absolutely wonderful!
I love it! Has more speeds than the commercial one I used to use. Very sturdy, it deserves its name. Has handle and wheels underneath so it can be rolled around. I don't need the elastic handles for stability, it's easy to step on and off and it doesn't shake you, just vibrates. I do standing exercises on it to maintain flexibility.(i have osteoarthritis). It won't cause weight loss but it does streamline your silhouette.Better priced than a lot of other makes and I think it will go on for years! I highly recommend this machine for blood and lymph circulation. A Godsend if you can't exercise.

Buy With Confidence!
I have used a WBV at my chiropractors office in the past, so I was looking for something that would give me the same benefits for a reasonable price. This machine is phenomenal from a standpoint of the amount of workout you get from just 10 minutes on it. Even from a simple standing position I have noticed my core tightening . It’s early but I will say there is a noticeable difference so I’m hoping for continued improvement. Fast shipping with all the parts intact. 5 star product. “

Use it don't let it just sit there and collect dust. Be patient. you will feel a difference .
Love this machine. 😻. I have Myofascia problems plus many other health issues including circulation issues and my mom is 93 with circulation issues. I mainly bought this machine to help with circulation and muscle relief. we both love this machine. I know it takes a bit of work getting use to but using it is a no brainer. Just don't do to much at a time. It is heavy but i don't lift it much. For my mother who is not very stable on her feet.. I have changed the position for her. I have set the machine on a piano bench and she sits on it. it works all of the body at one time including the arthritis in her hands because she holds on to the sides of the machine. The biggest problem I have with this machine is the instruction booklet. it is very vague and as far as I can see many misprints in the information printed in the booklet but once you get it figured out it is a great machine. My sister has a similar machine and she paid a lot more for hers and hers does not have the 3D function. I love that function. thanks Rock Solid.

she too finds her connection to the machine is lose and like me she has to fidget sometimes otherwise the power ...
Only issue is that the connection is loose from the electric cord into the machine. My friend bought one after I told her about it and loves it. She has mild cerebral palsy and has done various treatments to help with muscle cramping. She finds that her cramping has reduced since starting to use this machine. But, she too finds her connection to the machine is lose and like me she has to fidget sometimes otherwise the power goes off. Not a big deal though.
