I bought the SIM card with this watch so my daughter could use it. Directions are really bad but once I figured it out I saw that the opening where the SIM card should be inserted is blocked. It requires a SIM card and registration to use but you can't insert the SIM card due to poor manufacturing quality. I can't figure out how to contact the manufacturer either. Will be sending this back.
