A lot of great Information…
I really enjoyed this book. There is a lot of valuable information on Dreams. It was even more then I hoped for in the various aspects of dreaming. I purchased the Kindle addition and began reading then I purchased the paperback as a hard copy for reference. There is a Dream Dictionary in the back portion of the book.

One of the best dream books I have come across - and I have researched a lot since 1989 to present, 2017.
I bought an older version of this book in the 90's and it's still the best dream book I have ever come across. The pages in my old book are becoming brittle, so I just got a replacement, essentially. This book does some experiences by the author, but it also shows her authenticity, and if you know what you are looking for, her background in the knowledge is evident as well. I highly recommend this book, especially if you want to learn how to get in touch with yourself to begin to understand how to interpret your own dreams. This is perfect for beginners and a great reference guide for the experienced as well.

Not the book for me!
This book will give you history, studies and examples on the subject of dreams. I COULD NOT get into this book and as a matter of fact, I made it to page 195 with a lot of skipping and jumping over sentences and paragraphs and finally arriving to the grueling place of not being able to proceed any longer ... I just couldn't do it!To say all that is also to say that it was not a bad book. Quite the contrary, it is a very thorough book complete with examples, and personal stories told by Denise Linn as well as exercises and meditations you can perform every night before nodding off. The reader will be guided over all aspects of the dream world and somewhere in there, you will be able to extract the information and find meaning in it all for you.As for me, it was painful to turn every, single page. Perhaps I was looking for something with more meat and meaning and instead, I received a history lesson on dreams as well as exercises and meditations that would support my dream world. Ugh!!! Boring!!!!!!Granted, the dream world is VERY personal and interpretation is somewhat of a personal reflection of what is going on in my world. Perhaps the book would have taken me there sooner or later and perhaps it was right there all along from the very beginning but ... the book content never reached that place that invited me in, nor content that excited me to turn page after page. Perhaps it was just too formally written.

This book is bigger on the inside than the outside
So often I purchase a book of this type to find that I've already read or heard the information elsewhere. I was delighted over and over again to find more information and techniques that were new to me. The Tibetan dream meditation worked for me the first night I used it and has continued to help me improve the quality and benefits of my dreams each night since. Though I've listened to Denise Linn's radio show over the years, this is the first book of hers that I've read. I'm very impressed. I had not expected her to be such a wonderful writer and my Amazon wish list now contains many of her books. Thank you Denise. Your books, like you, are so much bigger on the inside than they appear on the outside.

When I first started reading this book it was had ...
When I first started reading this book it was had for me to get into as the writer speaks about herself a lot during the book and I am not interested in hearing about her life. I ended up skipping around the book and reading the whole thing. While I read it I had more lucid dreams.

I've read this book several times and I'm so glad I finally get to own it
I've read this book several times and I'm so glad I finally get to own it. The chapters are written in a storylike narrative sense that makes it easy to follow and relate to, and the book delves deep into the science behind sleep just as much as it explains dreams.

Dive into the dream state!
This is a must-read for those interested in spiritual dreaming. Denise provies a good background of scientific facts and dream theory, and step by step guidance to heal and self heal and explore the dimension of dreams. It includes feng shui, shamanic dreaming and a nice dream dictionary, guidance for past life dreaming, problem solving, dream symbols and how to call on dream guides. Herbs, dream boards, dream incubation, methods on how to promote dream recall and train for lucid dreaming and astral travel. It is an excellent book full of interesting information and powerful meditations to take the reader even deeper into the dream realms. Denise is a wise and friendly author, and her positive energy floods the whole book. I recommend it to both those who are curious about dreams and those seasoned dream travelers that want to explore even further.
