Silver peeling off. Bad client service.
I love this backpack but after having it for only 5 months the silver started to peel off. I used it as a normal every day backpack. Expected better quality from this company. Contacted the company to get a replacement and they are now questioning me about “how I used it” and if I caused the damage. Terrible client service. Still have no resolution.
