**Q: does it have over charge protection if I charge that the whole day long ?**
A: the japasese/english manual does not go into that but I have left mine on charge and no explosion yet!

**Q: What is the weight limit on this chair?**
A: Maximum weight capacity is 365 lbs. Please do also consider the following the Seat Width (Between Arm Rests): 16.9".

**Q: How do I add second battery or is it included?**
A: A second battery is not necessary since this model comes with one Lithium Ion battery that is equivalent to those come with two batteries. One full charge it can run around 13 miles. A second battery can be purchased seperately through us once you buy the wheelchair to extend the trip distance; please contact our customer service with your original order number.

**Q: What safeguards are there if you need to leave this outside a store**
A: The wheelchair is portable model, to be able leave it safely outside standard bicycle locks / chains can be purchased separately and used.
