I’ve seen some mixed reviews here and I was not sure if I should go for it and I’m glad I did. It’s very well constructed, I’ve had no issues with the base or the Velcro and my clients have t complained about the comfort or the bar of the base hitting their chin. Do the the little individual tabs under the cushion actually do anything? That’s debatable but as long as my client likes it then I’m happy with the purchase. Earthlite did a good job and I like their product. Highly recommended for your next upgrade.

I upgraded to an electric massage table. It didn't come with a face rest so I definitely had to upgrade that as well. Love this one. I can adjust to any angle I need. Has a large range of motion to it. The open area is large enough that you don't feel like you're being suffocated. The face pad is very comfortable. I really enjoy this model. Money well spent.

Love that you can adjust to the depth of your table - so if you have extra cushions it will raise and Lower accordingly. Clients have commented on how comfortable this is

If there was a painless face cushion and cradle, then I'd give it five stars, but I've never found one. I feel like I've tried everything, but nothing completely eliminates facial discomfort for me. Most are painless for the first 15-30 minutes, but beyond that the design and material quality matter most. This is the least uncomfortable combo I've used so far. I'm able to maintain a meditative state throughout my massage session, and sometimes even reach a dream state, which is wonderful. Sure, it's uncomfortable having my face mashed against the cushion after an hour, but at least I'm not in so much pain that I'm distracted by it. I empathize with the designers and manufacturers of these things. It is obviously not easy to design something that eliminates the facial discomfort and pain with gravity pulling a skull and sandwiching skin and other facial tissues against it. The fact that it's comfortable at all is amazing.

We bought a really nice massage table years ago, and it was great, however, the face cradle that came with it was a flat plastic cradle with an OK pad. My professional massage. Therapist bought one of these for his practice and after using it one time, I had to find one and order it. This makes such a difference especially with longer Massages when face down.

I hated the face cradle that came with my massage table and knew I had to upgrade! This product took away most if not all the uncomfortable face pressure I was getting from the regular face cradle.
