Healthy way to enjoy oil without gaining weight!
Excellent oil- I love that it is Unrefined! This is the only safe oil to consume. If the words "unrefined' are not on the bottle it is not safe for human consumption!Oil should taste like what it is! This sunflower oil tastes like fresh roasted sunflower seeds!I love to make mayonnaise with it.Into food processor put 4 eggs (farm fresh, as store bought eggs are chemically treated)Blend for 4 min. Next slowly pour 1 1/2 cups melted coconut oil (unrefined)1/2 cup of this sunflower oil.Then add 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt.Pour into 3 jelly jars and refrigerate.I love to eat this on salads; a nice way to add creamy goodness without gaining weight!I use this oil in cleanses for the body as well.Get it! Your body will thank you!!!

Good sunflower oil, a bit expensive
I am Russian, and I cook a lot of Russian food. For soups, I am frying everything using sunflower oil. In Russia, sunflower oil is very cheap, but I couldn’t find anything cheaper than 10$ here. But it works!Update: found a 3$ sunflower oil in Hmart. Just a tip 😉

Good value
The color quality is not as good as other brand I have tried. I also noticed that when frying it doesn't gold the food as good as my old brand. My old brand and this product show the same ingredients, but for whatever reason the quality is not the same. But it's a good product for the value for my every day use.

Good source of naturally occurring vitamin E
Useful as a naturally occurring bioavailable source phone vitamin E. This is not labeled as high oleic acid. The highest concentration of naturally occurring vitamin E found in high oleic acid sunflower oil, found elsewhere on Amazon.

Spoils easily, find an alternative
I love this sunflower oil. It just sucks that it is so easily spoiled. Within a week or two, it gets rotten. It’s so fresh and great and I take good precautions to keep it as such, but alas still not enough.

Taste like sunflower seeds
Large tall bottle. Taste like sunflower seeds! Oil is cloudy not clear. We like the oil but disappointed it expires 2 months after the purchase date. We will have to get creative to use this much sunflower oil in 60 days.
