Working good so far
I weigh about 280 and have used the balance disc a couple of dozen times so far. It continues to work very well.FYI: My wife tried it without shoes once and her foot sunk to the bottom of the disc. She put her shoes on and it worked as intended. I don't know why and don't care, but I did see a couple of complaints from other customers about the disc not working properly. Bare feet may be the reason.

Amazing product
This workout tool is surprisingly versatile! I use it for various exercises, including balance training and soccer drills. Newer Side Inflation Port Big improvement
I recently purchased a second disc to be able to do more exercises. However it would not inflate through the port on the flat side of rthe disc no matter what I did. I had had this same problem with this model of disc before and had to return it for an exchange. This time I returned the disc to Amazon for a replacement hoping I would have more success. And YES! the replacement inflated easily but in this replacement I noticed the inflation port was on the side of the disc. I don't know if this repositioning made a difference in improving inflation but I was glad it worked. i keep my discs in the kitchen and stand on one or both while I am doing tasks. It is great for ankle flexibility as well as overall balance training,

Exactly as advertised
My Chiropractor had me using this for a month and a half. It’s saved me. This wobble ball is very well-made and worth all the money. It doesn’t feel like it’s due anything initially but it does. It is a lifesaver for the back.

GREAT for low back issues!
I use this to help stretch and train my low back muscles from disc compression and arthritis pain. When I wake up in the morning, I can barely move my mid section from the pain. I sit on this and do some stretches and hip rotation and it’s like a travel yoga ball. It’s excellent quality and perfect for the small exercise needs!

it did not fulfill my expectation
I was disappointed. It was larger than expected and not filled with enough air. The size should have been included in the write-up. Lastly, it did not come with the inflating tool. I ended up by giving it away.

Dog balance bubble
Bought this for our senior dog who is having muscle wasting. This is really helping her rebuild her legs. It’s was easy to inflate and the nubbies are great for her to hold on. Love the colour too.
