The Physics of Miracles: Tapping in to the Field of Consciousness Potential

Is Matrix now becoming a religious experience?
I've been to several Matrix seminars, met and been "worked on" by Dr. Bartlett several times, and loved every minute. Every time he has "touched" me, it was almost indescribable, akin to what I can only describe as a psychedelic experience, due to the temporary loss of reality, and permanent physical, mental and spiritual changes that followed. I've read the first book, bought the t-shirt, the stickers, the DVDs, etc. So it was with eager anticipation that I waited to read the second book, which seems to have been two years in the making.I'm sad to note that Dr. Bartlett now feels it necessary to incorporate his religious beliefs into Matrix with with more frequency than previously. There are many of his followers who are either of different religious beliefs, or perhaps follow no particular religion. While I understand from hearing him speak, that he is obviously a dedicated Christian, and that his early childhood religious schooling impacted him, on a personal note, I now find it extremely off-putting to have New Testament quotes sprinkled through this new book. If I want religion, I'd prefer to choose who I follow, and what religious books I read. Equally, when I want to learn about Matrix, I don't look in the Bible.Because of his own beliefs, Dr. Bartlett would most likely answer that the two are inseparable, and perhaps when discussing the concept of grace, this is probably so. He is clearly a very spiritual man. But the concept of grace is perhaps at the root of most religions.I suppose that the title of the book should have alerted me - "Miracles" being an obvious signpost to where he was going. Although many people might liken him to a religious leader at this point, by his own statement, he clearly is not. So let's keep religion where it belongs, and let's keep Matrix Energetics something unique and special, and wonderful. Miracles do not have to be defined by one specific religion - in fact, if the book lives up to its title, its supposed to explain the physics behind the miracles, NOT the religious basis. So does it do a good job at that? Well,as for the rest of the book, I'm pretty surprised that so much material from the first book is rehashed. I can't imagine that there are many people reading this book, who have not read his first one. So why the need to tell the same stories over again, and again, and again? There is definitely more physics than in the first book, but still a lot of repeated material. Thankfully, there is enough new material to keep the ardent Matrix fan reading to the end of the book.In summary, this book is probably a must-read for any Matrix follower, simply because we can never get enough of the inimitable Dr. Bartlett, his unique and clever syntax and his happy family.

More Miraculous Info from the Matrix Energetics Guru
First of all, this book is fun and uplifting. If you're familiar with Richard's classes on Matrix Energetics, it's impossible to not love this book. From the first page it put me in Seminar State, where life gets weird but it's okay--good okay, because as Richard explains, that weird state is where miracles originate. To enjoy this book, though, it isn't necessary to be familiar with Matrix Energetics. There is plenty here to engage your mind and heart, empower your thoughts and supercharge your life. It's as provocative as it is entertaining, and he makes even the most complex theories accessible. Lynne McTaggart's books help a lot when it comes to published studies on, and the physics behind the miracles that happen all around us. Still, there's nothing even remotely like Richard. He is that far ahead. For example, to explain how the Newtonian, reductive approach has kept us from really understanding life, he points out how different it is to know about a frog by dissecting one versus playing with them as a kid. He provides easy steps to reach the state where one can make miracles happen, and debunks the need for long periods of meditation, and backs it up by presenting information he's found in his solid searches. (He likes to explain that "re" search will only produce the same old information, and that "search" is a lot more powerful.)For people who already know how cool Richard is, well, this is the kind of stuff you get at Level III, Whizards Training. He goes deeper into space, metaphysics, the Field and government experiments with such things as time travel, invisibility and remote viewing. Superman and the infamous black-ice bridge return, and he adds more Mark Dunn, more studies, stories, and some great excerpts from people who have very successfully two-pointed their way out of trouble or into wonders. One of my biggest successes so far with two-pointing was finding this amazing apartment that I am now sitting in as I type. It's right on the beach in Gloucester, Mass. It has a second and third floor balcony and I just looked up to see a huge cruise ship pass by.... Whenever we have guests, after the awed exclamations, the first question is: How did you ever find this place? I answer, "Two-pointing and Craig's list." (And it's a rental--and for the same amount as our last apartment!) The job I landed a few months after attending my second ME seminar pays better than any job I've ever had. I'm an independent consultant for a very large utility company. The week I was due to start, they called apologetically and said since they didn't have much space, would I mind working from home?Um, well, okay...In the middle of our move here, I sprained my foot very badly. As I began to panic about being able to keep moving, I remembered how Richard broke his leg during seminar and healed it enough to keep going. Within 2 hours I was back on it, having two-pointed my healing out 3 weeks. Months later, it still twinges just to remind me how miraculous this Matrix Energetics can be.Richard's new book goes a long way towards helping the rest of us catch up with him. He is truly one of the most brilliant men of our age.

found it difficult
Three stars because I found the content difficult. I’m not sure if its because the subject matter is too abstract for my very conventional thinking processes to get around or if its the style of writing. I can’t vouch for the science or argue with the philosophy, as they are both out of my sphere of expertise but I have to say I found it a difficult read. My Husband who is more intellectually astute than me gave up on it and handed it over to me to see if I could get into it but alas we have not mastered what to us seems to be a rather obscure thought process.I can neither recommend or criticise, it may be a revelation to some, but alas we were not in that number.

Interesting information, if a little dull.
The book contains interesting information for anyone seeking it about the system Richard Bartlett has developed relating to a 'Physics of Miracles'. The information was plentiful and somewhat helpful. My gripe comes in its delivery. Though I don't excpect books of this type to be literary masterpieces, I just found the delivery of the information in this book to be rather dull and boring, which meant I struggled to turn the pages and had to really try to retain interest. This is unfortunate as I enjoyed learning about the author through his many included life stories, i just wish they had been written a little better. Now you may be wondering if written style is enough to warrant a knock down to 3 stars for a book of this type, but when re-thinking it, it is still a book, and if one isnt motivated to read it, then it doesnt matter if it contains the secrets of the universe or not.His other book "Matrix Energetics", I found to be much better. All just my opinion of course.

Excellent book
The information contained in this book should be given to everyone so we all can do it. I am using the methods used with some success at the moment, still a ways to go yet for me, which is paradoxically letting go.Richard Bartlett has opened new doors for each of us. I would love to go to one of his seminars one day.

So interesting
Iam still reading it but don't want it to end. How wonderful to really start getting the idea that things are not as they seem to be and that anything is possible. And that's the truth. The more I play with possibilities, the lighter I feel. The book is great.

Good follow on from his first book
Whilst I enjoying reading it there is a good deal of complex discussion about quantum physics which because I am not ascientist I found it heavy going. But having read the first book and enjoyed it I intend to finish it.
