Overall I'm very happy with this dashcam!Does everything you'd expect it to!The controls can be a bit annoying, might just be me but I think the up/down arrows are the wrong way around (up scrolls down).The supplied cable is the perfect length to run around the car trim to the cigarette lighter, though the adaptor is a bit lose. Mine is next to the handbrake, so of I have my phone charger also plugged into the adaptor I often find I nudge the adaptor slightly, cutting the power to the dashcam.Like others said, it's quite small, but don't let that put you off!The plastic clip that holds the dashcam to the suction cup is difficult to release. I think mine was close to snapping off >.< either I'm doing it wrong, or its just awkward, so either remove the suction cup and dashcam as one, or I just take the (not included) sd card out if I need to access the files.If you're thinking of getting a dashcam, this is a good choice, though it is the only one I have had so I have no comparison

Once installed this camera works fine and seems to give great results. Picture quality is excellent as is light management. It's small size makes it discreet, particularly is it's installed behind the rear view mirror. I would have preferred a USB connection for charging as the cigar lighter connector must be plugged in permanently. If it's unplugged while driving, even for a second, the camera has to be rebooted. The IFU is not great, very short and not always easy to understand. The set up menus are a bit confusing to use but it's pretty intuitive and most people will manage easily. All in all it appears to be good value for money although I haven't used all the functions yet.

I’ve been using the dash cam for a couple of days now and must say I’m massively impressed by this mid range device.It’s much smaller than I expected meaning it’s less intrusive and noticeable on the screen.The build quality is fantastic, it’s well packaged and comes with 2 attachments, a self adhesive and a suction mount, it also comes with a USB cable and cigarette charger.The cigarette charger has plenty of length on the cable to tuck it away around the trim of the car and has a USB socket built into it, meaning your able to charge other devices while in use. This I thought was a great touch!!The camera is feature packed with G sensor, motion detection, parking monitoring and date stamping on recordings.Another feature I love is called screen saver, this sleeps your screen after 3 minutes while still recording, it’s great at night because you don’t have the glare of the screen on.Overall I’m very impressed and would highly recommend it.I’ll be purchasing another for my wife’s car too.

I was shopping for a dash camera for a while and picked this one because of the price and features.It’s small enough that I tucked it behind the rear view mirror so it’s out of view for me.It’s a wide viewing angle so it captures pretty much everything in front of you.The big thing is this camera has a good dynamic range—meaning it doesn’t wash out with sun or go black with shaddows.It comes with a cord to plug into the cigarette outlet and It automatically turns on when you turn the car on which is super convenient!The camera has a sensor that can tell if you’re in a crash and it will lock the video data to memory so it can’t be written over. Like most dash camerasThe best feature for me is parking monitor.Excellent image and so simple to install.Overall I would massively recommend this dash camera as it packs a lot in for a very small price

Easy to put together and attach to windscreen, fitting the unit to the windscreen attachment is slightly dodgy, it slides on but if you don't apply enough pressure it can fall off...depending on your car the power cable is hard to fit and hide...The print in the User Manual is very small and hard to read....and for me so many settings and instructions it was hard to take in, perhaps because its capable of so many operations too much information...On the plus side the video recordings is good, wide view field, zoom good, everything else is great....time will tel but up to now happy with it.....

I bought this in doubt and bought it as a second dash cam. It's super tiny! Which is amazing and it works really well as it doesn't get in your way. The only negative is, that it is a but awkward to plug it in as the whole is at the side, and the suction pad is not very strong. But if you add a bit of moisture it sticks up well. I would definitely recommend for those who need a quick and cheap camera.

This is much smaller than it appears on the photos and is neat and unobtrusive once fitted.You can fit via either the suction or adhesive pad – both included. Charging is either via USB or lighter socket but does not come with an SD card, which is recommended.Features include G sensor, motion detection, parking monitoring and date stamping. Also this has a screen saver which is great, as it will continue recording without the screen being active the whole time.The video quality is great, with a wide angle lens to capture everything. Good quality and peace of mind whilst driving – once it’s captured on the camera it’s much easier to pursue a claim. We had someone reverse into our car at a set of traffic lights but then they claimed we drove into them – if we had a camera, our claim would have been successful.

I'm very surprised that nobody has mentioned the main fault with this item. Apart from the very short battery life when not charging, on first inspection, it's as though the screen mount was not designed for the camera. The contact plate on the mount is flat whilst the profile of the camera body is curved. Forget the instruction of sliding the camera onto the mount until it clicks because it will only slide half way and go no further. A sharp blade and a small file will be required to cut and profile the plate, very unsatisfactory but without the modification, the camera will probably work loose and fall off.The choices are modify or send back.
