Clippers are very large, heavy, and noisy. My horse has been clipped with loud clippers many times, but these clippers are so loud, it took 15 minutes until he was relatively quite and allowed me to clip around his nose. These clippers would probably be best for a body clip of a winter coat. The carrying case is really nice.

I had body shave my 32 year old horse. He was a wooly mammoth! We live in Florida. I thought this was going to take for ever!! I did his whole body (not legs) in an hour and a half! It’s easy and not frustrating like I expected. I love these clippers! Understand that I didn’t shave him like I was preparing a show horse. But he look good and it blended within a week. It would have taken longer if I was making him look perfect. But the clippers couldn’t have been any better!

These clippers worked great on my 37 y/o gelding that has Cushings disease. Took about 30 minutes per side. These worked as well as $250 clippers I've used before. Those that left negative reviews probably didn't read the instructions and had no idea on how to clip a horse. If you buy these, read the instructions so you set them up properly and oil them properly. If you don't know how to clip a horse, watch a few videos on YouTube. I am very happy with this product so far.

They worked well for a full body shave for my Great Pyrenees. Her undercoat is thick and wooly. The clippers get hot and you’ll need a coolant for use. I only used them this one time and they’ll need to be sharpened. They are heavy and loud too.

Heavier than I expected. Nice carry case with clippers & oil. No directions on how to shave an animal. Would Not Cut thru hair of my mini donkey. Waste of money and time. Noisey. Good heavy duty electric cord. Easy on/off switch. One speed. Replacement blades not available. Disappointed.

These clippers worked absolutely great and at such an affordable price. I had high hopes for them and they passed with flying colors. They did start to make a weird noise about 3/4 of the way through the mini i was clipping so removed the blades and found a little spot the oil wasnt getting to. I oiled that spot and the clippers stopped making the noise. They are quiet to most other larger clippers and made a very even clip job (show ring ready).

I haven't used them they got here with hair in the blades.

They are very heavy duty and cut very well but are very loud it doesn’t bother my horses but it scares my donkey.

These clippers are amazing!! My last Oster clippers died from my mini's winter coat and these cut through the hair like a hot knife through butter. Even the slightly dirty spots where he had rolled it cut through just fine.These clippers cut my shaving time in half if not more had I not stopped to take a coffee break. I am hooked, and I won't be going to another brand anytime soon!!Look out show season here I come.Absolutely worth the price.
