Good intro to treble staff
I'm an elementary music teacher. I don't teach note letter names until 3rd grade. This book initially seems too babyish for kids that age, but my students really enjoy it! It means more to them than just a fun story because they see the staff in the illustrations right away. Good resource! I only wish it named every note - it leaves some out.

Excellent, entertaining book but I have to say it isn't as musically educational as you would think as the kids don't get the clef/music part but do get the story.

My son liked it
My son liked the story, but we were unable to get the audio download to work. The web form would not submit!

A great book
For some reason this great book can not be reviewed. I wonder if it's because of the book's title. I've submitted a review 3 times now and it's rejected. Book was received in perfect shape. Book was wrapped in paper, then tissue, then a plastic bag to prevent any shipping damage.

The story is wonderful. However the quality of the material of this ...
Don't be alarmed on why I am giving this an one star! The reason why I am giving this an one star is not because of the story. The story is wonderful. However the quality of the material of this book is horrible!!!! Thin pages, and cheap quality paper. It is not worth $24.95!!!! I opened up the book to find out who was the publisher and lo and behold, it was published by Jade Company (printed in China and the book was printed in the year 2015). No wonder the quality is terrible on this. I tried to reach out to Mystic Publishing but their email address, and phone #s were all disconnected! I could not get a hold of anyone. This is insane. Love the author, love the story..but the quality of the material of the book is horrendous. Buyer beware! When I compared this book to Book #2 (Treble Bass Island), what a huge difference. The Treble Bass Island book was printed in 2006 - the pages were thicker and it was high quality book. I think they really cheaped out and went with low quality paper....It is such a shame!
