Pastamore Gluten-Free Pasta, Plain Pappardelle, 12 Ounce

The above reviewer who said it went to mush cooked it too long. No doubt, gluten free pasta is more difficult to prepare and it's way more expensive, but you have no choice if your children or grandchildren have gluten sensitivity. As GF pastas go, this is better than most.

Good not great overpriced

A really great "fancy" gluten free pasta. The pasta seems a little thicker than the normal version, but tasted great!

So the length and thickness are spot on. But the flavor is terrible. It's very chaulky and grey looking once boiled. The shipping and packing were great as the noodles arrived in perfect condition. It's really just doesn't taste good.

I love pappardelle and it is hard to believe this is GF! I have ordered it over and over! Can't beat the quality. Just do not overcook. I bring it to a boil and it is done. Super!

Pasta arrived partially ripped open and crunched up in pieces. I'm sad because I needed this to film a cooking video. 😩

It turned to mush.
