I had Rigid drill for a long time. The clutch finally went on the one I had. I had all the batteries so all I needed was the drill. No problem. I connected the batteries that I had and the drill run perfectly. I am very happy I had 3 batteries I did not need 4. All I needed was the drill. The reconditioned drill was like new. I would order another reconditioned drill if I needed it.

I have this drill in an older model and the chuck went bad after many years of faithful service, this replacement drill works great and I believe it will give me many more years of service too. the shipping was fast and the product was well packaged.

Cordless drill. Works just as well as a new one. Haven't used it a lot yet but satisfied it will perform as well as a new one.

As described, clearly a refurb product. Clean, but over lubricated inside, leaking out the lubricant. the speed control (1 or 2) does not work, and the turn speed is slower than my older drill of the same model. Torque setting works, but compared to my older drill, the max torque is lower.

Works li!e brand new. Try and beat the value.

The motor sparks and gives off a burnt smell.However it works and was not very expensive, so I doubt it’s worth the effort to return it.
