First of all: it does release some tension in my muscles when applied 💪. But it also has 'dry finish ' as every salt does ( like after see water) even if wipe it off after 10 min by the instructions. So I use it with any type of body moisturizer on to avoid that feeling. Do help unwind after the day for bedtime ( I am using it just 2drops mixed in a big dash of moisturizer to apply around the body with no particular pain point application). Note! That it would relax muscle but pain is not always come from contracted but in many situations from not being in work enough muscle or/and too loose ligaments ( hEDS and any type of hypermobility , would it be local because of injuries or systemic), so your need to or use it mildly and try to figure out what group of muscles are really need to be relaxed or ask your osteopath/PT/massage provider/gp where to apply. Would mention that if you do have deficiency and cramps in legs it would help, but it obviously won't be able to fix it ix it's due to various other things ( like varicose veins and other things), so don't be angry with the product) , investigate first and consult with your health provider.

As someone who has been struggling to sleep and stay asleep, this has worked wonders in improving the quality of sleep i have. I feel i am Less restless in my sleep and im able to sleep through the night, so even when i am not sleeping for very long, the quality of sleep is still good

Was very excited to get this as I’ve purchased body butters with magnesium and lavender to aid sleep in the past but found them gritty. This smells divine, citrusy and fresh in the bottle however on application, I used 3 drops on my wrist after shaking the bottle, I couldn’t detect any fragrance at all. It’s a light oil feel, absorbing quickly with no greasy after feel which is a bonus. The small bottle I bought to try will definitely lay a while and with daily use, I hope to feel the full benefits of this product.

This was recommended to me by a friend who swore by it for her leg cramps. I tried it for muscle cramps in arms and legs. I take a daily multivitamin/mineral supplement and didn’t think the spasms were from lack of minerals but I used the rub anyway and it was a miracle for me! No more cramps at night! I’m on my third bottle. A little goes a long way so it lasts well. I’ve recommended this to several other friends who now use it regularly. Really good, simple product that works well for me!

Perfectly packaged and arrived promptly. Works really well if applied before bed. It's part of my life routine now and very much noticed if missed. Really helps for painful joints.

So! After reading some amazing reviews, I have purchased this oil. It arrived within 24 hours. Its more like water than an oil. Doesn’t actually smell of anything. Bedtime now, so lets see if I sleep well! Currently, thoughts are that I will need to wipe my feet before getting into bed and its a total waste of money…🤷‍♂️
