Not Sure If This has been used?
The product appears to be fine. However, the package had clearly been opened before and the divider packaging inside was torn. So, I'm not sure if the product was used before or not. It looks pretty clean so I'll go ahead hoping it is new and that someone who returned it was just sloppy about re-packing it.

I have been using this product from this supplier for a year now. Their price is reasonable and it does what is is supposed to do for my hot tub.

I was taken back when the product came out of the box, but the sell contacted me immediately and said he did it for shipping purposes (it was cheaper for them) He did assure me that it was in fact a brand new item. I know that this product is a good product so I am giving it a five star rating and I do recommend it as I have been using it in my spa to keep chlorine levels low. I am going to be using this item this month and if there is an issue I will be back to let you know. With that said I do not anticipate any issues.
