I'm happy to report that this hat fit me perfectly and did a great job of keeping the sun off my head and out of my eyes. It works well as a rain hat, too. Now I can toss out a couple of ill-fitting hats, which is always a plus. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice hat *by H***R on February 6, 2017* This hat came today and I like it allot, but I didn't realize that the hat was not the same all the way around. In the front, the brim is stiff and has shape while the back half is more of a handkerchief style of materiel. It drapes over your head and neck. Not sure of the reason for this but it looks fine and feels fine. Has the tie to make it fit just right for your head, plus a removable chin strap that adjusts. I don't look good in hats but this one looks better on me than I thought it would. Going to use it at the beach.I have prime but shipping was fast. I ordered it on Friday evening and it came around noon on Monday. It was folded once, in a plastic bag and inside a box (I ordered 2 items.) It could easily be shipped in a manila envelope, if it were large enough.Actually, now that I'm thinking more about it, that design of the hat in the rear would make it a lot more comfortable to wear while sitting in a beach chair and resting your head back. I ordered it for sun protection at the river when we are lounging on the boat and really didn't expect much since it was a fairly cheap hat. This hat is amazing. Not only does it protect your entire face from the sun, it has a longer back so it protects your neck and part of your shoulders too. You can't see how much shade it will make from the photos, but it does. It is not made of cheap material, it is not flimsy and doesn't break easily (blowing in the wind doing 40+ on the boat, it never flipped up once ! ! ). I actually went back on-line and ordered a lighter colored one so I would have color choices.
