Good product, seems well made and looks good too. Arrived well packaged on a small pallet.The WC is reasonably priced and so far is working fine.Would definitely recommend.

Good value! Very sturdy and stable, so much so that I haven't bothered to screw it down to the floor!

Faulty product and poor customer service
The cistern doesn’t align with the toilet. Not obvious until it was fitted. Contacted supplier who sent another which was also same issue so refused to accept. I have emailed quite a few times but no response at all. I wouldn’t recommend the product or supplier due to lack of customer service

Super neat,great looking loo,for a very good price.
Had the guy who plumbed it in scratching his head for a little while, then it seemed to click, and went in no bother.

Not a bad throne
This is a nice smart unit. Does the job nicely and the seat that comes with it is a handy non slam one, however it takes a little getting used to to put it up..

Very nice item works great and is a very good quality product top marks for customer service that replaced a seat hinge without any problem.
