Angle Grinder,Meterk 750W 4-1/2inch with 115mm 3 Grinding Abrasive Wheels 3 Cutting Abrasive Wheels

Bought this to chop down some metal that wouldn't fit into the car. Easy to fit the cutting disk but it was a hell of a job to remove it with just the tool provided. Had to find a spanner that would lock the wheel while I tapped the attached tool to get the disk off as I don't have the strength to press the lock button while turning the removal tool. Other than that, it's much lighter than the last angle grinder I had and it has an on off button that allows you to use the grinder without keeping your thumb pressed hard on it to keep it working. Definitely recommend for everyday off jobs

While the grinder was working it performed fine, cutting ceramic tiles with a diamond edged disc. However when I reached the end of a cut, the grinder wouldn't switch off via the switch. I had to turn it off at the socket. The switch felt loose and when I tried to turn it on again it wouldn't switch on at all. The switch appears to have melted down or fallen apart internally after five minutes use. I've sent it back for a refund. Having now checked the other one star reviews it appears that quite a few switches are failing after very little use. I couldn't recommend buying this tool.

When a small part broke on my Bosch grinder I found the part wasn't available, so it's scrap. I doubt if parts will be any more available for this, but it's less expensive and more powerful. It appears to be well made and parts that are plastic on the Bosch are metal on this one. I've tried it and it works well. Only time will tell if it is as durable as the one it replaced, but so far, so good.

I would love to know what people were sent to read some of the reviews on here. At first it was fine. I cut a bit of metal, which took longer than expected, but I thought its new and its cut it.Tried again and it was taking a long time and then tried cutting a small bit of stone and was nearly burning out!!Sent back.

Terible quality, cheap product. Cant recomend. The plastic on the the on button is so crap it broke on the first use. Cound not set it stay on, have to hold it down manually. Means it is extremely hard to use it tight situations. Fast lossing patience with online shopping.

The build quality is just as good as the premium brands that cost three or four times the price. It feels comfortable to use, the switch is easy to use, and to lock ‘on’ but knocks off very quickly and easily. The guard is adjusted in a matter of seconds seconds. Importantly, the motor is a respectable 750watts. This is a bargain.

I needed an angle grinder to get rid on an old tree stump/roots, didn't want a chainsaw so wanted one of these. REad the reviews and this looked good, it handled well, easy and light to use and did the job. I used it with some HANXIN Circular Saw Blades 2pcs and it became a mini chainsaw (but more useful). Great little tool, much better than the old one clunky I bought years ago. Comes with discs and spanner, decent length lead, well worth the money

Really pleased with this tool....good price, (Instructions terrible) Functioned exactly as I expected when cutting concrete slabs. Brilliant!!!Wait a minute...went change the disc..Top locking nut wouldn't budge with the tool provided. Have tried every tool I own, even a vice, the nut won't budge. Suspect it has bonded to the disc??No idea how to remove this (Any ideas?) Tool rendered unless for now.Disappointing!!
